Reservations: Tee Times can be booked a maximum of 10 Days in advance for members, 7 days in advance for Barrie/Innisfil Residents and 5 days in advance for Public booking.  Any special request further in advance of those days must go through The Head Professional or Manager.

Single golfer: We do not make tee time reservations for single golfers until the current day, instead we inform them of when we have available times, and invite them to come to the course and we will pair them up with other groups of less than four players. If the tee sheet is empty, we would allow a single to tee off. Single golfers DO NOT have right of way over any other groups on the course and SHOULD NOT  expect other groups to allow them to pass/play through nor are they allowed to skip hopes jumping in front of other groups.

Cancellation Policy: All members/guests of Allandale Golf Course are responsible for their reserved tee times.  Within 48 hours there is  no penalty. Prior to 24 hours there is a 50% refund. Because of the high demand for tee times there is no refund after 12 hours. 

Cancellation policy for Camps: 

All fees paid after May 15th, 2024 are considered non-refundable

Full payment due upon registration, cancellation prior to May 15th, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. 

Rain Check Policy:

If a golfer gets rained out from their current game, needs to leave the course unexpectedly, or on their own decision, they are entitled to receive a rain check for a portion of the green fees and golf cart paid based on the number of holes played. Rain Checks have no expiration.

Lightning:

In the event of lightning at the golf course or in the surrounding area, we will blow the air horn informing the golfers to take immediate shelter and come in off the course.

On Course Policy:

Golfers should  be ready by the 1st tee 10 minutes before their scheduled tee time. No more than 4 players per group is allowed.. All golfers must play with their own set of clubs. Rentals are available in the pro shop. All Players should be dressed appropriately. Be respectful to the pace of play. Power carts require a valid driver's license as well as cart waiver. Power carts are not permitted on the tees or greens (minimum of 25 ft from the greens). Please obey cart sign directions on the golf course.
Respect the course and fellow participants:

• Behave in an appropriate manner the course is for everyone’s enjoyment

• Repair ball marks on the greens

• Repair divots

Pace of Play: Here at Allandale, tee times are between 8 and 10 minute intervals. It should be the goal of all players to complete their round on a timely basis. We here at Allandale play “ready golf”. Our goal is to have 1 hour and 45 minutes be the maximum time for golfers to play a 9 hole round of golf. If this pace is not maintained, corrective action will be taken with the groups causing delay. 

Tips: Keep up to the group ahead of you, record score on the next tee, maximum of 2 minutes to look for lost balls, maximum 8 strokes per hole.

Alcohol Policy:

We are fully licensed with the AGCO (Alcohol Gaming Commision of Ontrio) therefore no alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the Allandale GC property or consumed in the Allandale GC parking area.  If alcohol is seen or being consumed in the parking lot, Allandale Golf Course staff have the obligation to ask you to leave and your green fee will be forfeited. Should a player enter the course under the influence, begin play, and continue to indulge on the course or in the clubhouse lounge and then leave the course property, the player assumes all responsibility for his or her actions, and the player agrees to hold the Allandale Golf Course Inc. harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect of such loss, damage or injury, howsoever caused. The player agrees to indemnify and reimburse Allandale Golf Course Inc. for any liability, costs or expenses imposed by law upon the Allandale Golf Course Inc. for any and all such losses.

Alcoholic Beverages

Alcoholic beverages must be purchased at the course. All other purchased alcoholic beverages will be confiscated. Allandale Golf Course Inc. reserves the right to inspect golf bags and carry-on coolers. Non-compliance regarding the Ontario provincial liquor license laws will not be tolerated and may result in loss of playing privileges and/or cancellation of membership or green fee with no refund.

No person shall consume alcoholic beverages to the point of impairment or intoxication. Allandale Golf Course Inc. on course beverage servers, course marshals and bar staff are “Smart Serve” certified. They have the right to monitor alcoholic consumption and refuse an alcoholic beverage sale. Any player who becomes belligerent and refuses to comply with a server or marshal request will be reported to the Pro Shop. Further action may require the player to leave the course and return to the Pro Shop where arrangements will be made for a third party to escort the person off the Allandale Golf Course Inc. property. Green fees for this player will not be refunded.

Dress Code Policy: By following the Golf Canada dress code policy, Allandale Golf Course Inc. expects all golfers to understand and comply with our dress code policy. Golfers not adhering to our dress code policy will be asked to change into proper attire or leave the course. Course marshals and club staff have the right to enforce this policy. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests wear appropriate attire.

Men: Shirts with a collar, tucked in, turtleneck or mock turtleneck, long or short sleeves, bermuda style shorts or long pants.

Not Permitted: Sleeveless shirts, jeans, joggers, track pants. No bare feet.

Ladies: Shirts with a collar or sleeves or sleeveless designed to be worn over slacks, shorts, skirts or skorts.

Not Permitted: Bare midriffs, tank tops, short shorts. No bare feet.

Power Cart Policy: 

Those registering for a power cart/riding on a power cart, individually and jointly, in consideration of the use of a motorized golf cart during the 2024 golf season agree: 

If riders cannot verbally agree to the restrictions below, Allandale staff has the right to refuse power cart services. 

a.  To pay for any damages to the assigned cart above and beyond normal wear. 

b.  To drive slowly and use caution due to varying terrain and/or conditions, never operating the golf cart while in neutral or from the passenger's side. 

c.  The individual represents that he/she is familiar with safe operation, use and control of the golf cart and that he/she will abide by all instructions appearing on the golf cart. 

d.  To only allow persons over the age of 18, or those possessing a valid driver's license, to operate the golf cart. 

e.  To carefully obey all signs and warnings on the golf course directing operation of the golf cart whether by posted or by verbal instruction given by Resort employees. 

f.  We acknowledge and agree that Allandale Golf Course Inc. reserves the right to remove guests from the golf course for failure to observe proper behavior or for violation of this agreement. 

g. Any Parent letting their underage child operate the power cart will receive a written warning. Second warning, parent and child will be asked to return the cart and leave the premises. 

Junior Golfers: Only juniors with valid drivers licenses are allowed to rent golf carts. Jr Juniors (age 6-10) are allowed to play golf only with the direct supervision of an adult at all times while keeping to the expected pace of play.

Pull Cart Policy: 

Pull Carts are  permitted on tees and pulled across  greens but not left on the green. You may not pull the carts through bunkers.

Return Policy: Merchandise can be returned or exchanged for the recipe selling price up to 30 days after the date of purchase. The original price tags must be attached and a copy of receipt. Sale and Clearance items marked Final Sale are NOT returnable. Any request for a longer return period must be approved by management and noted on the transaction prior to completion of payment.
